A captured MCP tools/list manifest: manifest.tools[]
each with a name. Set adapter to
mcp-tools-list-v1. No live MCP session is opened.
Capability keys
Each named tool becomes a true capability tool:<name>.
Duplicate names are rejected. Absence of a claimed tool: key stays
unknown unless manifest_complete=true, which marks
missing managed keys explicit false.
Limits
- No marketplace edit, no raw secret export.
- Completeness is a caller assertion, never independently verified.
