openapi-operations-v1. The document is not fetched.
Capability keys
Each real HTTP operation becomes
operation:<operationId>, or
operation:<METHOD path> when operationId is
absent. Optional named plans become plan:<name>. Non-method
keys such as parameters, summary, and $ref
are ignored.
Absence of a claimed operation: or plan: key stays
unknown unless manifest_complete=true.
Limits
- Only HTTP methods get, put, post, delete, patch, options, head, trace.
- No live fetch, no listing edits.
